It features a whimsical pegasus theme, with a swinging pendulum around the face over the bright blue backdrop. It plays 6 J-pop melodies in Rhythm’s CTS (Clarion Tone System) sound. On/off switch to turn hourly music on or off. Light sensor that shuts off music at night. Requires 3 C-cell alkaline batteries (not included). This clock is radio-controlled, as many Japanese Rhythm clocks are, but the radio-control function will only work in Japan. So, you will have to set the time manually by pressing and holding the gray buttons on the back. This model is new, open box. It has been tested for an extended period of time and works perfectly.
