A very large and unique timepiece 17th century (1600’s) French verge escapement clock with crown wheel. The clock is an unusual museum item of Morbier / Cometoise Astrological / Astronomical (moonphase, day and date) function. The shape of the clock is of an owl’s bird. 1- The moonphase, the day and the date part is representing the head of the owl. 2- The dial part with decoration is representing the body of the owl. The clock is a multicolor of many different metal fully handmade with highly complicated movement of the time.
